This Pharmacy was AMAZING!!!!! We got a PCR test for Covid, and the results were ready within an hour of taking the test! The staff was so friendly, so helpful, I am thinking of switching my prescriptions fillings over to them. We paid $152 for our PCR test, but it was money well spent for the wonderful treatment and fast results! We even found affordable vitamins in the shop while waiting for our results. There is even an ice cream place next door to have a treat while you wait. How much better can it get?! Thank you Springfield Pharmacy, we will definitely be back!

This is the most user-friendly pharmacy I have ever dealt with! I always get someone on the phone within a minute, and they always keep me updated on my mother's prescriptions (she is in assisted living). They have also been very understanding while I am resolving issues with my mother's insurance.

The owner and staff really care about their customers; they know most by name. They are respectful and dedicated to making sure you are informed about your medication and the staff is always ready to answer any questions you may have. I feel that I am in good hands using Springfield Pharmacy.

My first experience at Springfield Pharmacy and it was extremely positive. My initial interaction with Chichi via email was very responsive and kind. The clinical pharmacist, Vusi, who I spoke to by phone and saw in person was very professional, patient and kind. The atmosphere there is welcoming from all the staff. I appreciate all they did.

All of the staff at Springfield pharmacy cares deeply about serving their community. They have many services to assist in weight loss, medical equipment, and many others. I personally love their pharmaceutical-grade supplements. I have been taking Berberine boost for 3 months!

Chi-Chi and her Pharmacy is the warmest and most thorough Pharmacy in the world ❤️ Her attention to detail is top notch and her way to make things easier for her clients is phenomenal. Thank you god for Chi-Chi !

I cannot say enough good things about this Pharmacy and their staff. If you have any questions, the Pharmacy will stop what she's doing. Come over and explain to anything you need to know!! It's better than that they pharmacies because you can walk in there and they know who you are then know your name. It's just a personal favorite of mine. It's not them big drugstores or chains.!!!! If you want to have a personalized talk with the pharmacist S and explain the medication to you, they will do it and they deliver!!! If you ever change your pharmacy, try Springfield pharmacy. You won't regret it.!!💕.

Unbelievable service. On a Saturday someone from the pharmacy came by to drop off a prescription to save us the trip. It is heartening to know that kind of care is still out there. Thank you Springfield Pharmacy.

A great local Pharmacy in Springfield. The staff is always friendly and helpful. That have a lot of other odds and ends like braces, cards and even some chocolates. Definitely beats CVS or Rite Aid. The windows are clean which is nice. There is plenty of parking in front of the store. They are next to Salon DeSante.
